David Burt is a founder of Tek Team Xtreme, and he is also a director of the Milpitas Chamber of Commerce. He has extensive experience building secure and fault-tolerant networks. He has been a Director at Viack, a security company that provides secure video teleconferencing and file sharing, and at Tandem Computers, a pioneer in failsafe computer systems.  He has also been involved with a number of start-ups handling a variety of technologies in senior management positions, as well as being a co-founder of several. His education includes a BS in BioPhysics and a variety of management and technology classes and seminars.

Hong Burt is a founder of Tek Team Xtreme, and she is also the Chair of Fremont Women in Business Club. She has experience in network chip design and testing; web and intranet development and QA.  She has a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada, and a varied background in technology deployment.

Jon Buchwald recently joined Tek Team Xtreme after spending the last eight years as a business and technology consultant.  Jon’s background includes co-founding Infrasoft Corporation, a global engineering software company, and working in a broad range of business sectors.  He also was an award-winning  technical manager at Tandem Computers.  His education includes a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of California at San Diego, an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and bioinformatics seminars at the University of California at San Francisco.
